AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering the [Knapp Accident & Injury Law Ticket Sweepstakes], all participants agree to abide by Knapp Accident & Injury Law’s Official Rules and decisions. Knapp Accident & Injury reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion. ENTRY PERIOD

HOW TO ENTER

Participants that wish to enter [Knapp Accident & Injury Law Ticket Sweepstakes] must visit the Sweepstakes Entry page located on www.knappinjurylaw.com and fill out the sweepstakes entry form. All entry forms must contain the entrants full name and a valid email address. Only one entry allowed per participant. Submission of multiple entries under the same individual and/or email address will result in disqualification of all entries for said individual.

PRIZE

The winner of the [Knapp Accident & Injury Law Ticket Sweepstakes] will win two tickets to the Florida State Seminoles vs. Miami Hurricanes football game to be played on November 11, 2023 in Tallahassee, Florida at Doak Campbell Stadium.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner of the sweepstakes grants Knapp Accident & Injury Law permission to use the Winner’s entry, name, image, and likeness for advertising and promotion without any further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

ODDS

The odds of winning [Knapp Accident & Injury Law Ticket Sweepstakes] is completely dependent on the number of entries to the sweepstakes.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The winner of [Knapp Accident & Injury Law Ticket Sweepstakes] will be selected via a random drawing of all sweepstakes entrants under the supervision of Knapp Accident & Injury Law. The winner will be notified via email that they have won the contest by noon on November 4, 2023. The winner will have 48 hours from the receipt of this email notification to claim their prize. After this window, should the winner not respond, a new winner will be selected from the pool of entrants.

Knapp Accident & Injury Law is in no way liable for the selected winner’s failure to receive notification of winning the sweepstakes. Thus, if the selected winner provided the wrong email address or if their email security settings cause the prize notification to be forwarded to their spam or junk folder, it is the full responsibility of the winner, and Knapp Accident & Injury Law will have no responsibility to the chosen winner to provide a prize if it is not claimed in the timeframe described above.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT

DISPUTES

All entrants waive any rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
